Policies
All orders are custom made to order.
Custom celebration cakes require a 7 days advance inquiry notice. For all orders, there will be a 50% non-refundable retainer fee, due 7 days prior to your pickup/delivery date, with the balance due 1 day prior to your pickup/delivery date.
Custom wedding cake orders require a 30 day advance inquiry notice. For all orders, there will be a 50% non-refundable retainer fee due 30 days prior to your pickup/delivery date, with the balance due 3 days prior to your pickup/delivery date.
No order date is secure until your retainer is paid. Dates tend to get booked so it is highly encouraged to place your order as soon as you are aware of your celebration.
All flavored rice crispy treats and cake pan orders require 2 days to process and must be paid in full before order can be created. These are currently local pickup only.
We currently offer local delivery on celebration and wedding cakes/treats only.
We cannot duplicate another cake artists work. We will do our best to create our version of your vision.
